If you received an incorrect item, incomplete order, damaged item, or are needing to return an item, Items returned without original packaging, missing items or accessories, or with damage will be subject to a restocking fee beginning with 15%. If significant damage is found on appliances and/or parts, or outside the 30-day return period, we reserve the right to decline a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to insure a package against any damage during shipping. Returns received after 30-days are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee as well.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. All returns must include prior authorization. Returns without authorization may result in a delay in receiving a refund. For return authorization, please email with your order number at email@example.com.
Any electrical items that have been soldered or tampered with (i.e. shaver batteries, fuse links, heating elements, solenoid valves, and thermostats) may not be returned for credit. Shipping is non-refundable including any return shipping incurred. Shipping costs are only refundable if it is a result of our error.
Defective Item Replacement -
If an item is received defective, please e-mail us within 48 hours. If a replacement for a defective item is chosen, we will send out a prepaid FedEx return label for you to return the package to us. Once the package is received by us, then a replacement item will be issued. A copy of the original invoice, original packaging, and accessories MUST be included in order to replace the defective item.
Free Shipping Return and Refund Policy -
Shipping charges are non-refundable including any return shipping charges. Customers will be refunded the Full Order Price less the original outbound shipping charge. In most cases, we will withhold $2 for packages sent USPS, $4 for packages sent SmartPost, and $8 for packages sent FedEx.
Sales Tax -
No Sales Tax will be charged on most orders. Because we have physical locations in both Kansas and Missouri, we must collect sales tax for all purchases with Kansas or Missouri addresses. Sales tax percentages are calculated at checkout.
Backorder Policy -
If an item is out of stock on your order, we will contact you by the e-mail address provided. Please make sure that you authorize e-mails from us to prevent our e-mails from going to bulk or spam folders. We will provide an estimated time of arrival for the out of stock item. Your card will be charged at the time of the order. We can cancel your order at any time before shipment, please let us know via e-mail if you need to cancel.
Factory Serviced -
We are able to offer incredible savings on some products that are available factory serviced. Factory serviced items have been returned to the manufacturer for a variety of reasons including: returns to the retail store of purchase unused, items with a cosmetic blemish, demonstration units and items with slight defects. In addition, new items that are overstocks are labeled factory serviced.
In all instances, the product is shipped to the factory, inspected, restored to original factory specifications if required, tested and repackaged. These products cannot be sold as new, so they are considered "factory serviced".
Because of the rigorous inspection and testing process, the defect rate of factory serviced products is actually much lower than that on items sold new. If an item is factory serviced, then it will be clearly labeled in the listing.
